My clients often have a history of trauma, high stress, or long-term struggles that have shaped how they see themselves and the world. Therapy with me is about cutting through that heaviness and getting to work, with evidence-based tools and real support that fits you. I specialize in trauma-informed, strengths-based care. I use a mix of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches tailored to your needs & goals. I’m also a Certified First Responder Counselor and have extensive experience supporting people in high-stress roles or those who’ve experienced repeated exposure to trauma. Therapy doesn’t have to be a last resort. It can be a powerful, proactive choice. Sometimes the biggest shift begins simply by starting therapy; that first step means you’re already choosing something different for yourself.
